Research License Terms

Permitted internal business use

A purchased report may be used for internal business analysis, planning, procurement, strategy and decision support by the users covered by the selected license. Ownership of the research and underlying intellectual property is not transferred.

Single User access is limited to one named user. Team access is limited to the stated number of users within the same organization or department. Enterprise access permits broader internal use by the purchasing organization, subject to the confirmed order terms.

Downloads and supporting files

PDF downloads, framework files, spreadsheets and attachments are available only where the selected license includes them. Authorized users may adapt supporting files for internal analysis but may not remove ownership notices or distribute them externally.

Login credentials, download links and report files must not be shared beyond the licensed users. Additional users or affiliates may require an expanded license.

Prohibited use

Reports may not be resold, publicly redistributed, posted online, supplied to unlicensed third parties or used to populate a commercial database without written permission.

Bulk scraping, systematic extraction, model-training use, database reproduction and attempts to bypass access controls are not permitted unless a written enterprise agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Advisory and custom work

Advisory support, customization, analyst calls and custom deliverables apply only where included in the selected option or separately agreed scope. Timing, participants, deliverables and assumptions should be confirmed before work begins.

Refund review and misuse

Because research reports are digital products, refund requests are reviewed case by case under the commercial terms shown at purchase. This wording does not create a guarantee of refund eligibility.

Access may be suspended or revoked for material misuse, unauthorized distribution, payment reversal or access-control circumvention. Stratova will use reasonable efforts to clarify suspected issues before permanent action where circumstances allow.
