Information we collect
We may collect business contact information, company details, project requirements, report interests, communications, account activity and access records when you use our forms, checkout, client portal or support channels.
Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider. Stratova may retain payment status, transaction references, invoice details and the license associated with an order, but does not intentionally store complete card credentials.
Why information is used
Information is used for business request processing, sample eligibility review, analyst follow-up, research scoping, checkout, invoicing, licensed report delivery, account support, fraud prevention and service administration.
A sample request does not automatically grant access. Requests may be reviewed to confirm business interest and determine which public-safe preview or next step is appropriate.
Processors and international operations
We may use hosting, email, analytics, payment, invoicing, storage and customer-support providers to operate the service. They receive information only as needed for their contracted function and are subject to their own terms and safeguards.
Because Stratova supports global users, business information may be processed in countries other than the requester’s location, subject to provider capabilities and applicable contractual arrangements.
Security and retention
Information is handled with commercially reasonable administrative, technical and operational safeguards designed to support appropriate access control, secure transmission and incident response. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, administer licenses, maintain transaction and access records, meet business obligations and resolve disputes. Retention periods should be finalized before production launch.
Your choices and contact rights
You may contact Stratova Research to request access, correction or deletion of business contact information, or to object to non-essential follow-up. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, security, legal or licensing reasons.
